At approximately 4:05 AM, Orleans Ambulance was dispatched to 16 Maple Lane in Orleans for a 70-year-old male experiencing congestive heart failure. According to initial reports, the man was retaining fluids in his lungs and was described as very lethargic. The ambulance was en route to the scene. Further details have not yet been released.
