At 5:35 PM, Twin Mountain Ambulance was dispatched to Route 3 in Twin Mountain for a 42-year-old male who was conscious, breathing, and alert, reporting dizziness and requesting evaluation. At 5:40 PM, an ambulance was en route. Further details are limited at this time.
