At 9:22 AM on Monday, Northfield Ambulance was dispatched to One Mountain Road in Roxbury for a woman in her early 20s experiencing chest pain and difficulty breathing. According to initial reports, the patient had taken two doses of nitroglycerin and felt dizzy. Additional reports indicate that she has been vomiting for the past 10 minutes, with pain radiating from her chest to her back and into her lower extremities. She has a cardiac history. Emergency crews remain on scene providing care.
