At approximately 11:23 AM, Vermont State Police issued a Be On the Lookout for a white van with no license plates last seen on Route 58 in Brownington. The van was believed to be heading in the direction of Charleston. The operator was described as being approximately 55 to 65 years old. The BOL was repeated multiple times as units were advised to be on the lookout.
