At approximately 9:03 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to Beaver Meadow Road in St. Johnsbury for a report of a vehicle that had gone off the road and into a brook. According to initial reports from the scene, bystanders were attempting to direct people and pull occupants from the vehicle. The operator was described as possibly being intoxicated.
Further details about injuries or the number of people involved have not yet been confirmed. Vermont State Police are investigating the incident.
