Unresponsive bleeding male found at Winnipesaukee building

At approximately 4:34 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to a report of an unresponsive male in a vehicle near the Winnipesaukee building. According to first responders, the male was found unresponsive but later became conscious and was observed bleeding from his hands. The individual refused medical treatment at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
