Two People Found Unresponsive in Car at Shadowkill Overlook

At approximately 8:39 AM, Newport Ambulance was dispatched to Shadowkill Overlook at 914 Shadowkill Road in Derby for a report of two people inside a red Ford Focus who were found passed out. Initial reports indicated they were still breathing. Multiple ambulance units arrived on scene shortly after 8:42 AM. By 8:45 AM, the patients were being transported to a hospital in Lyndonville for medical treatment. State police were also requested to the scene. The call was cleared shortly after, with all units back in service. Further details are pending.
