At approximately 2:49 a.m. on Monday, June 1, Littleton Police received a report of a vehicle that ran multiple red lights near exit 42 northbound, almost striking the caller's vehicle. The caller stated the vehicle came from the direction of Walmart. No description was available, but the caller believed video may exist. Minutes later, at 2:52 a.m., an officer was flagged down by a Home Depot employee who reported that a fellow employee, identified as Isaiah, was angry with another employee and sped off in a vehicle toward Walmart. At 2:55 a.m., an officer was on the phone with the original caller and was documenting the details of the motor vehicle complaint. Police are investigating whether the incidents are connected.
