Restraining Order Violation on South Main Street in Lisbon

At approximately 12:41 AM, emergency dispatchers directed law enforcement to 25 South Main Street in Lisbon for a restraining order violation. A male subject was reported sitting on the front step of a residence there. Moments later, at 12:42 AM, dispatchers received a fake 911 call from the same location, with callers reporting a male with a black eye and ongoing yelling. At 12:45 AM, Troop A-15 confirmed a restraining order was in place between Zachary and Lorraine and requested a copy of the order.

At approximately 1:02 AM, dispatchers reported that the protection order had been located and would be attached shortly. The situation remains active; further details on injuries or arrests are not yet available.
