At approximately 4:51 PM, Vermont State Police in Derby conducted a records check on individuals from Brownington. The check returned valid results, and a court date was set for August 27th. Shortly after 5:03 PM, police reported that they would be sending individuals in custody to the operator. The incident is under investigation. No further details are available at this time.
