At approximately 5:54 PM, St. Johnsbury Police responded to a crash detection alert at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Railroad Street. Officers located a phone that had triggered the crash detection feature, but no person was found with the device. Police spoke with the 911 operator and confirmed that the alert was activated. The investigation is ongoing.
