At approximately 8:04 PM, authorities were alerted to a walkout at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster. A male subject in a wheelchair was reported sitting in the entryway of the hospital. A black Toyota Tacoma was also reported on scene, and dispatchers were working to identify the owner of the vehicle. The situation is ongoing.
