Orleans Ambulance Transports Patient After Abdominal Pain Call

At approximately 5:55 p.m. Saturday, Orleans Ambulance was dispatched to 33 Maple Lane in Barton, at the retirement home dining room, for a 68-year-old male who has been unable to urinate for the past two days and is experiencing upper abdominal pain. A code 4 response was requested. At 5:57 p.m., Orleans Ambulance unit 2 responded code 3 emergency. The patient was transported to North Country Hospital, and the responding unit cleared from the hospital and returned to service at approximately 7:02 p.m.
