At approximately 6:56 a.m., Newport Ambulance was dispatched to 2158 Andersonville Road in Glover for a carbon monoxide alarm with symptoms. According to dispatch, seven people in the residence are evacuating after experiencing nausea and motion sickness, signs consistent with carbon monoxide exposure.
At approximately 7:17 a.m., units arrived on scene. At around 7:32 a.m., a unit reported that all individuals are refusing transport, though crews remained on scene for an extended period.
Emergency services are responding to the scene. Further details about the condition of those involved and the source of the carbon monoxide are not yet available.
