This is a developing story. Details are preliminary and subject to change as more information becomes available.

NEK previously reported that a gray Chevy Silverado with South Carolina plates was reported driving erratically in Woodsville and Bath, possibly by an intoxicated driver. According to initial reports, multiple people were seen running from the vehicle. Additional units were requested to assist in the foot pursuit. As of 11:06 PM, police confirmed that all three individuals who fled have been taken into custody. A transfer of custody form was completed. The incident remains under investigation.
