At approximately 11:05 PM, New Hampshire law enforcement issued a BOLO for a missing vulnerable person. A 73-year-old man has been missing since around 7:00 AM from Bradford, Vermont. He was reportedly seen at the Walmart in Woodsville. Police are sharing his photo and description and are asking the public for help locating him.
