At approximately 8:10 AM, Littleton Fire Department was dispatched to Convenient MD at 551 Meadow Street in Littleton for a mental health evaluation. According to first responders, a 44-year-old male had checked in and requested transport to the hospital. The patient was not reported to be suicidal or violent. Fire crews responded to assist with transport.
