At approximately 2:16 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 43 Trane Road in Whitefield for a 63-year-old male who was experiencing difficulty breathing and chest pain. The patient was conscious and alert, according to dispatch reports. Whitefield Ambulance responded to the scene.
At approximately 2:30 AM, Whitefield Ambulance requested a medic intercept from Lancaster Ambulance. Crews arrived on scene and at 2:33 AM reported they were with the patient, who remained in difficulty breathing. Additional resources were placed on standby.
At 2:46 AM, Whitefield Command noted that the ambulance had been on scene for 20 minutes. At 2:47 AM, NORPAC reported that the patient had been loaded and crews were evaluating. Further updates are expected.
