At approximately 5:35 PM, emergency crews were dispatched to a medical emergency at 1963 Route 3 North in Twin Mountain. According to first responders, a 42-year-old male was conscious and breathing and requesting evaluation. Further dispatches at 5:40 PM provided additional details, noting the patient was experiencing dizziness. Twin Valley Ambulance was assigned to the call. Further details are pending.
