Medical Emergency on Railroad Street in Littleton

At approximately 1:47 PM on July 17, 2026, emergency crews were dispatched to 349 Railroad Street in Littleton for a 76-year-old female who had hit her head and was bleeding. The patient was reported conscious and breathing. Additional information indicated that the patient had been involved in a recent car accident and had suffered recent falls. Littleton emergency personnel arrived on scene shortly after dispatch. Ambulance 3 and Engine 1 were en route. The incident remains under investigation.
