At approximately 10:02 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 484 Main Street, apartment 2 in Derby Center for a female experiencing severe right arm pain and unable to reach her medication. Newport Police and Newport Ambulance are on scene. At 10:17 PM, dispatch confirmed that a unit was on scene.
