At 3:18 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 9 Federal Street, Unit No. 6 in St. Johnsbury for a 57-year-old male experiencing difficulty breathing. The patient has not been feeling well for several days, according to dispatch reports. At 3:21 PM, additional dispatch reports indicated the patient mentioned cardiac-like symptoms. He has no cardiac history but is diabetic. Caledonia Ambulance, St. Johnsbury Fire Department, and Engine 3 are responding to the scene. Additional details are limited at this time.
