At approximately 6:39 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to Chestnut Hill Road for a 65-year-old male who is unresponsive but breathing. The caller believes the individual has low glucose. Initial reports indicate he is breathing but cannot be woken up. Walden/Cabot Fire and EMS are responding to the scene.
