At 10:24 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 10 Camp Brown Road in Jefferson for a person choking. NORPAC, Jefferson EMS, and Lancaster Ambulance responded. At 10:36 PM, state police were also dispatched after the male party on site became agitated, according to initial reports. The owner of the campground assisted responders in locating the site.
