At approximately 2:37 PM, emergency medical personnel were dispatched to the Citizens Bank parking lot at 10 Lumberyard Drive in Lincoln for a 63-year-old male who had been involved in a motor vehicle accident earlier in the day and was reportedly not acting right. The patient was described as being in a gray vehicle. Responders were on scene by approximately 2:43 PM. The nature of his condition was not immediately clear.
