At approximately 1:14 AM, Littleton Fire Department and EMS were dispatched to 503 Cottage Street in Littleton for a medical emergency. Initial reports indicate a 5-year-old female who became semi-conscious and vomited. According to first responders, Engine 1 cleared the scene at around 1:34 AM and ambulance 3 obtained a refusal from the patient, indicating the family declined further transport. The incident has concluded without transport.
