At 3:28 AM on Sunday, Littleton Fire Department responded to a medical call at 391 Far Hill Road for a 96-year-old female patient who was conscious, breathing, and alert. The patient reported high blood pressure, dizziness, and leg pain, according to first responders. Additional dispatch information indicated left facial weakness, a possible sign of stroke. Twin State mutual aid was dispatched. At 3:35 AM, Littleton A3 and utility units arrived on scene. Just before 4:00 AM, units were cleared from the scene with a patient refusal. The patient declined transport to the hospital, and the incident was resolved on site.
