Medical Emergency at Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury

At approximately 12:18 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 394 Railroad Street, Unit 201, in St. Johnsbury for a report of a 76-year-old female experiencing possible heart attack with difficulty breathing and chest pain. The caller reported that the door would be open and that the patient has a history of congestive heart failure and a pacemaker. Two dogs and a cat are on the scene. Calex Ambulance and St. Johnsbury Fire Department are responding. Further details are pending.
