At approximately 3:20 PM, emergency crews were dispatched to 615 Meadow Street in Littleton for a medical emergency at the Walmart. The patient, a 22-year-old male, had a seizure while inside a Western Express tractor-trailer truck facing Shaw's in the parking lot. The patient has a known seizure history. Littleton Ambulance 3 and Twin State Ambulance responded to the scene. At approximately 3:39 PM, emergency responders reported that Ambulance 3 was preparing a patient for transport.
