At 11:49 AM, Littleton Fire Department and Twin State mutual aid were dispatched to 94 Union Street in Littleton, outside the Littleton Bible Baptist Church, for a medical emergency. A 24-year-old female was reported to have difficulty breathing and vomiting. Crews responded and provided care. At 12:12 PM, Littleton Advanced Life Support unit A3 transported one patient to Littleton Regional Hospital. The patient arrived at the hospital at 12:22 PM.
