At approximately 8:44 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 258 Main Street in Lancaster for a report of a 20-year-old female experiencing a nosebleed inside the bathroom of McDonald's Restaurant. Lancaster Ambulance was notified and responded to the scene. Further details are limited at this time.
