At approximately 4:00 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to 203 Portland Street, Route 124 in Lancaster, for a medical emergency. Initial reports indicate a 65-year-old male who had fallen and was conscious and alert. NORPAC Lancaster Ambulance responded. At 4:05 PM, Lancaster Ambulance 3 arrived on scene.
