At approximately 3:04 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 1 Mechanic Street, Apartment 214 in St. Johnsbury for a 61-year-old female experiencing difficulty breathing, chest and stomach bloating. According to dispatch communications, the patient has a cardiac history and congestive heart failure. At 3:06 AM, responders were advised that the patient is in a white Toyota Tacoma and recently had a knee replacement, and is reportedly feeling well.
