At 7:31 AM, St. Johnsbury Fire and Calex Ambulance were dispatched to 473 Railroad Street for a male subject in a wheelchair who was vomiting. Upon arrival, crews evaluated the individual, who ultimately refused services. The scene was cleared at 7:37 AM.
