At 10:46 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 1270 U.S. Route 5 in St. Johnsbury for a 49-year-old male experiencing a possible stroke. St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Calex Ambulance responded. Engine 3 arrived on scene and reported no hazards. The patient was assessed and transported. Further details are pending.
