At approximately 11:58 AM, Lancaster Ambulance was dispatched to 35 Winter Street for a report of a 72-year-old female who had fallen outside by a vehicle and remained on the ground with a lower leg injury. Responders were en route to the scene as of 12:00 PM. At 12:03 PM, Lancaster Ambulance 3 arrived on scene. Further details are expected as the situation develops.
