At 4:27 PM, Calex Ambulance and St. Johnsbury Fire were dispatched to the I-91 Welcome Center in St. Johnsbury for a 35-year-old male who was assaulted. The victim is reporting rib pain, headache, and a bloody nose. Engine 1 and Calex Ambulance responded to the scene.
