At 11:07 PM, the St. Johnsbury Fire Department and Calex Ambulance were dispatched to a residence on Concord Avenue for a 51-year-old male experiencing shortness of breath. Engine 3 responded to the call. However, at 11:10 PM, dispatchers cancelled the response after learning the patient was already en route to the hospital in a private vehicle.
