Man Found Unresponsive Behind Wheel on Scott Highway

At approximately 4:04 a.m., emergency responders were dispatched to the area of 4384 Scott Highway in Ryegate for a report of an unresponsive male behind the wheel of a vehicle that had gone over an embankment. According to initial reports, the male was not responding to calling parties. Multiple agencies, including Woodsville Ambulance, Ryegate Fire, and Twin State Ambulance, responded.
