At approximately 9:46 AM, emergency responders were dispatched to 400 Clark Pond Road in Haverhill, the Black Mountain Country Club, for reports of a male who collapsed on hole number 2. The patient, described as a male, was collapsed and his condition is unknown at this time. Twin State Woodsville Ambulance is responding to the scene.
