At approximately 11:41 AM on Saturday, emergency personnel were dispatched to the Cabot Inn & Suites at 200 Portland Street in Lancaster for a lift assist for a 72-year-old male. The individual was conscious, breathing, and alert. Lancaster Ambulance responded. At around 11:58 AM, dispatchers reported that the patient refused further care and the scene was cleared. Lancaster Ambulance was marked clear at 11:58 AM.
