The Kingdom Animal Shelter in St. Johnsbury has four cats available for adoption. Ross is a 12-year-old cat described as gentle, sweet, and slightly shy. Staff say he has adapted to shelter life and does best in a quiet home. Maxine and Mon Ami are both 10-month-old kittens who are sweet, affectionate, and playful. They enjoy feather and wand toys and were rescued from the streets this winter. Ozzy is a one-and-a-half-year-old cat who likes to snuggle and play. Staff describe him as sweet, energetic, and attention-loving. He has participated in the shelter's cat yoga sessions and would do best as the only cat in a home with people who can give him plenty of affection and play.
