At approximately 11:14 PM, Littleton Police were contacted by a resident about an injured owl. The owl was located on North Littleton Road, with a head injury and bleeding, according to dispatch reports. At 11:17 PM, Littleton 12 reported the owl was found on North Littleton Road and appeared to have a head wound. Police advised contacting New Hampshire State Police, who recommended placing the owl in a box or cat carrier until morning for wildlife rehabilitation.
