At approximately 12:20 PM, a male subject was reported acting incoherently at the Littleton Walmart. The store manager expressed concern that the individual may be experiencing a medical issue. The subject left the store and was last seen driving an SUV with Connecticut plates heading south on Central Street. Police are searching for the vehicle. Further details are limited at this time.
