At approximately 3:45 AM, Twin Mountain Fire Department was dispatched to a fire alarm activation at 101 AMC Road in Carroll. At 4:08 AM, dispatchers declared the alarm to be false and stood down all Twin Mountain units. Units were cleared and returned to service at 4:09 AM.
