At 1:18 p.m. on May 31, Peacham Fire Department, assisted by Danville Fire Department, was dispatched to a residential fire alarm at 859 Penny Street in Peacham. The alarm company reported that the homeowner indicated there was no emergency but failed to provide the correct passcode, prompting a request for a response. Upon arrival, units from both departments assessed the scene and determined there was no fire or emergency. The incident was quickly cleared, and all units stood down by 1:30 p.m.
