Fire alarm activation at Cork Street residence

At approximately 12:49 a.m. on Monday, Haverhill Fire was dispatched to a fire alarm activation at 1041 Cork Street in Haverhill. Upon arrival, crews reported nothing showing from the exterior and the resident not home. After investigation, crews reported a 'healthy smokehead with no fire' and declared no emergency. Units cleared the scene at 21:01. No injuries were reported.
