At approximately 12:16 a.m., Lancaster Ambulance and NORPAC responded to a medical call at 255 Israel River Road in Jefferson. A 76-year-old female was conscious, breathing, and alert but unable to walk and experiencing weakness with left leg pain. At 12:43 a.m., NORPAC Jefferson Command reported that the scene was under control and the patient was being loaded for transport. EMS transported her to a nearby hospital.
