At approximately 1:14 PM, Twin State Fire Department was dispatched to 148 Richards Road for a fall. At 1:15 PM, responders reported a 73-year-old male was conscious and breathing after a ground-level fall, with no reported injuries. Emergency crews responded to the scene to assess the individual.
