Elderly Female Falls, Experiencing Dizziness and Arm Pain

At approximately 5:27 PM, emergency responders were dispatched to a report of a female who had fallen. According to dispatch communications, the patient was sitting outside, complaining of dizziness and arm pain. The patient's age was initially reported as unclear.
